Springfield, Ma — The strong tornado has caused repairs in Springfield, Massachusetts though no injuries have been reported.
Mayoral orator Thomas Walsh pronounced he was seeking out his City Hall window around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday when he saw a “massive clouded cover of debris” floating in a circle.
Video footage from WWLP-TV shows a debris-filled flue resounding by a downtown area. The radio hire reported complicated repairs in a city’s South End section.
Walsh is a orator for Springfield Mayor Domenic Sarno. He says trees were uprooted downtown. The TV footage shows vehicles overturned.
Walsh says city officials rushed to a groundwork when a risk became apparent. He says no injuries have been reported.
